Meme Time “Lucky 7″

I got tagged! Today’s post is the Lucky 7 post; I was tagged by Miranda Stork, author of Conner.

Here’s how it works:

  • Go to page 7 or 77 in your current manuscript
  • Go to line 7
  • Copy down the next seven lines/sentences exactly as they are
  • Tag 7 other authors

This excerpt is from page 7 of Gifted:

“I began to sweat as I walked past the long lines of small campers. I found camper 238 one spot away from an intersecting pathway. The knots in my stomach tightened; should I knock or just walk in? What if Delia was in there? Self-doubt crept in from the back of my mind. What was I doing? Was I really ready to join the circus?”

Catchy, right?

And now for our 7 authors to tag…hmmm! Authors, please enjoy the half-mandatory tag 😉 And if you’ve already been tagged, I can put someone else on the list! Today’s tagged Lucky 7 authors are:

Cassidy Kingston

Tiffany King

M. Leighton

Allie B

Victoria Smith

Suzy Turner

Heather Self

Oooh this is fun! Thanks Liz… Unfortunately I haven’t got to page 77 on my WIP (in fact I haven’t actually started writing it yet, I’m still making notes and doing lots of fun research!), but I’m happy to use my latest book, The Lost Soul instead!
